Revert "TMSS-261: created IntegrationTests lofar package which has all the (current) dependencies on bigger lofar packages and tests the integration between several programs/services/clients. Moved current LTAIngest/TMSS integration test into this new packages. Made new Dockerfile_ci_integration_tests which combines (currently) SCU/LTA. Adapted gitlab build/test/deploy pipeline to use this new integration test package and image"
