Propose an asynchronous worker design concept for ESAP
The Async ESAP proposal suggests that all external requests made through ESAP (e.g. to run queries, access external services, etc) should be handled asynchronously, whether or not the remote is intrinsically async.
To handle this, we likely need some sort of job queue and worker system. Maybe that's based on Celery, maybe it's based on ATDB/microservices, maybe it's something different.
Have some discussions, take a look at the technical landscape, and propose a design approach.
