Enhancements / Redesign of TAP query page

The TAP Query page (Archives > VO > TAP > Query VO Registry) in its current state is not very user friendly and this task is meant to address this by adding enhancements to the UI (ESAP-GUI). A few changes that would improve the page:

• Larged Input (Textarea) for ADQL Query
• Smaller (thinner) select/input for selected TAP Service
• Remove Service Type. (If a user has already selected TAP service as the service type from previous steps, is this needed here?)
• Display metadata for selected TAP Service (Use REST API for this: /esap-api/query/get-tables-fields/?dataset_uri=vo_reg&access_url=https://vo.astron.nl/system/tap/run/tap)
