Scattering of functionality

While trying to run an async development build environment it came to my attention that there are different elements in different repositories, all requiring their own installment procedure and they all have to be done in a particular order making it not easy to work with.

My preference would be to merge the esap worker with the async repo (+ the uws app to the pipy registry as planned) with an install script/playbook/etc and a complete (manual) install guide
