Cicd setup

I've added CD to the ASTRON SDC server, including some small changes to make this possible. This basically makes it possible for you to deploy versions pushed to master (mostly so that we can keep the ssh key a bit private).

Also this MR does fully contain MR !31 (closed) (and also added a configurable tag).
