Subarcsecond facet imaging

This merge request implements for the final imaging of facets after the intermediate resolution facet subtraction. Its inputs will be the subtracted facet datasets and it will

  • determine the required image size
  • image the facet
  • blank the image outside the region file and trim off NaNs

It relies on the outputs of !76 (merged), !75 (merged) and !69 (merged), and also adds/modifies a wsclean step, so those should probably be merged before this.
