Resolve "Implement MWA beam"

Jakob Maljaars requested to merge 42-mwa-aterms-beam into master

Implement MWA beam in EveryBeam.

WIP will be resolved once:

  1. exact location of cpp/mwabeam has been determined (i.e. keep it as it is, or move to external/)
  2. everything has been made google style compliant
  3. unit test checking on reproducibility of beam has been added

@offringa : Could you comment on 1, and provide a small MWA measurement set add 3. to CI/CD?
