Resolve "Update EveryBeam ci/cd"

Jakob Maljaars requested to merge 37-update-everybeam-ci-cd into master

Cleans up the CI/CD for EveryBeam, by removing the repeated pushing and pulling to a registry. Images are now re-used from cache.

Sorry that it took this much commits - I faced some issues finding the OSKAR installation.
