Resolve "Add GriddedResponse test"

Highlights of merge request:

  • Roll-back to LofarMetaDataUtil for the time being, to avoid code duplicates
  • Fix tile_config for HBA
  • Fix std::vector::push_back and size issues in BeamFormer
  • Reproducibility check on 2 LOFARBeam generated pixels
