Revert CI/CD scripts to use main OSKAR repository again

The tests in CI/CD comparing OSKAR and EveryBeam need a fix OSKAR. This fix was only available in a fork of OSKAR, but has now been merged into the main repository. Therefore the CI/CD scripts should use the main repository again
