Sketch ouline for python wrappers

How should the python wrapper look like? i.e. which classes/methods to wrap?

One thing which definitely is very ugly is the different evaluate implementations, i.e. evaluate0 -- evaluate4 (https://git.astron.nl/RD/EveryBeam/-/blob/master/pyeverybeam.cc#L177)
