AST-1640 Bump aocommon and schaapcommon; Fetch XTensor directly

  • aocommon has improved fetching XTensor, which should get rid of many xtensor-related warnings during compilation.
  • Include FetchXTensor.cmake directly instead of via schaapcommon, since FetchXTensor.cmake defines some global compiler directives.
